Payment / Deposit

1. Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking.
2. No bookings will be guaranteed until complete payment is received.

Change of Booking Date

1. Booking date can be changed up to 30 days prior to check in
2. For change of booking date within the same season* an amendment fee of 500.000 IDR applies
3. For change of booking date to a different season* the difference in room rate plus an amendment fee of 500.000 IDR applies
   (No refunds given if changed from “High Season” to “Low Season”)

Guest Cancellations and Refunds

1. All cancellations must be notified by email to Middle House: hello@middlehouse.com
2. If a booking is canceled 60 days or more prior to arrival date an administration fee of IDR 500.000 is charged
3. If a booking is canceled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date a cancellation fee of 25% of total cost will apply
4. If a booking is canceled 10 to 29 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost will apply
5. If a booking is canceled less than 10 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of total cost will apply
6. No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in
7. No refund will be given if guests fail to show up on arrival date for any reason
8. In the case of a no-show, booking will be canceled after 24 hours and cancellation conditions specified above apply.

Over-Occupancy Policy

1. Extra bed charged at IDR 200.000 per night

Children Policy

1. Middle House is not liable for children’s safety
2. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates with the minor or not.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

1. CHECK IN strictly after 2pm on the day of arrival. No facilities to store bags for early arrivals
2. CHECK OUT strictly 11am or before on day of departure.
3. Late CHECK OUT possible subject to availability at full night’s charge

Liability

1. Middle House does not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions
   or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third-party providers over whom we have no direct control.
2. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the booked accommodation.
3. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay,
   additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

Guests are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by them or their guests in Middle House. Without prejudice to what is stipulated in these terms and conditions, the obligations of each party are limited and Middle House will not be responsible for guest negligence that causes personal injury and death. Middle House is not responsible either directly or indirectly and is entirely the responsibility of the guest staying at Middle House. So that Middle House is freed from all lawsuits by guests, their heirs and or from any other parties.

Payment of the deposit or invoice, or any part thereof, is deemed to be acknowledgment and acceptance by you and your travel party of the terms and conditions as set out above.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You must not accept any booking or pay a deposit unless you understand and agree with these terms.
